The Warranty Period covers defects in materials and workmanship in products purchased from the Site, starts on the date of your purchase and lasts for 30 natural days. To return products, e-mail our Returns Department at [email protected].  

You need to specify: your purchase order number and send pictures of the areas where you found the issue. 

This Warranty applies to purchase made on our website. If your boot was purchased on a different site or with a retailer, you need to contact them first to have any of your concerns taken care of.
