Exotics restrictions 
 
According to California Penal Code, Fish, and Wildlife rules, we cannot sell/ship exotics products such as python, crocodile, alligator, and cobra within the state of California. We are sorry it this affects you, it's beyond our reach.

Make sure you are entering your certificate number in the prompted box during checkout

NHSRA Certificates are valid from March 1s,t 2022 thru March 31s,t 2023.
 
Gift certificates 23-CORRAL-##### 23-PR-##### are valid from January 1st 2023 thru December 31st 2023. 
 
**Certificates are not valid past this date. 
 
Important Notes: Certificate does NO apply on Special Edition Items or items on sale. 
 
The gift certificate is for a max value of $250.00 USD. The consumer must pay any price difference on the product selected over this amount of gift certificate. 
If the boot is under $250, Corral Boots Co. will only credit the cost of the boot. Any amount left will not be redeemable nor can it be applied to another pair of boots.

We offer free shipping on returns and exchanges. 
 
You will have 30 natural days from the day the boots arrive with you to request a return. 
 
Please ensure the boots are new and in unworn condition. For this, we recommend you try on your boots inside on a carpeted floor until you are sure it fits perfectly for you. They should fit snugly on your feet, but should not cause pain.
 Warranty Return
 
The Warranty Period covers defects in materials and workmanship in, products purchased from the Site, starts on the date of your purchase, and lasts for 30 natural days. You need to specify and send pictures of the areas where you found the issue. Pictures of both boots from the front, back, sides, soles, and insoles. 
 
This Warranty applies to purchases made on our website. If your boots were purchased on a different site or with a retailer, you need to contact them first to have any of your concerns taken care of. 
 
Refunds
 
Once we have received, the boots in our Warehouse allow up to three business days for them to be inspected and for the refund to be processed. The refund will be reflected in your bank account within 3-5 business days of this being processed.
