- You will need your order number of 5 digits and the email you created the order with. Access the following link https://help.corralboots.com/en-US/ssp/login
- Select Email or SMS to receive a code to access your order for the return.
- Once you have gained access you will be able to view your orders available.
- Select the order you want to process an exchange or refund for, then select the item you wish to return.
- Once you selected the item select the reason for the return to be taken to the next window.
- If you want to process an exchange Select exchange then select the size you want to exchange the item for.
- If you want to process a refund select return item.
- Select Continue to finish the process and have the label automatically emailed to you or you can download it to print it out.
- Shipping label is valid for a maximum of 25 natural days from its activation date. Once the system shows the label as expired any product sent after the expiration date will not be accepted.
- Through Customer Service
- You can start a chat or send an email to [email protected] or [email protected] with you order number, reason for return, and specify if you want a refund or an exchange. If you are looking for an exchange let them know the size you want to exchange them for.
- Exchanges are only in size NOT in style.
