Retailer exchanges and returnsUpdated a month ago

   If your item was purchased through a retailer and not directly on our official Corral Boots website you need to contact the retailer directly. 

We advise you to check out the retailer's return and exchange policies. Retailers may require proof of purchase along with pictures of the items.

If item shows a defect you need to contact the retailer directly, they have a process to follow with the appropriate department for issues with our products.
