  • If your order has not shipped, we can process the cancelation of your order for you. This cancelation may be done the same day or in a maximum of 3 business days. 
  • If your order has shipped out, you will need to wait for your order to arrive and send the order back to us by requesting a return label. Once we receive the order, we will process the refund for you.
