Are slight differences in leather or handmade details a defect?Updated 3 hours ago
No. Because our products are handcrafted using natural materials, natural variations are expected and celebrate the individuality of each piece:
- Leather: Variations in color, texture, pattern, grain, markings, finish, and appearance are natural.
- Handmade Craftsmanship: Slight human variations in stitching, inlay/overlay alignment, stamping, positioning, embossing, and overall symmetry are normal and do not constitute a defect.
- Normal Wear: Natural wear and tear—such as scuffing, abrasion, discoloration, or wear on rubber boot sole inserts—occur with normal use and weather conditions, and are not considered manufacturing defects.
